About Me

I have 1 sister with mom and dad. Have a job,

Enough about me...More about my computer.

Put a barebone AMD 3200+ MSI V600 motherboard with onboard lan / sound / usb 2.0 port / parallel port / support EEDI and Serial ATA hard dirves ,512 megabe ram in RaidMax computer case with floppy drive. Look at 17" flat pannel streen. Install 8X +/- DVD burner. Put in 16X DVD Rom drive. Put in 3 case fans. CPU temperature range from 49 to 65 degree celsius. Added MSI 310 video card using Nivida chipset with 256 memory with video in / video out / digital video interface.

Moved 60 gig and 85 meg hard drive to 3200+.

Scraped 486 computer.

Moved 48X CD burner to sis computer.

Moved 13.6 gig and 60 hard drive to AMD 300. Leave 2 gig and 255 meg hard drive in 166 MMX. Install 48X CD burner.

Have a AMD 300 computer with 128 megs of ram with ATI 3d rage pro agp 2x video card with 8 megs of memory. Can run Diablo II till the big bad boss die. Diablo II won't let me install on Pentium 166 MMX. Install 60 gig 7200 rpm hard drive.

Took 386 to recycle center. Moved hard drive to 486. Put floppy drive and CD drive into stroage.

Install 60 gig hard drive running at 7200 rpm. to 166 mmx

I own a 166 Mhz with MMX (multi-media extension) with no turbo with 64 megs of ram with a 13.6 gig hard drive at 7200 rpm and the 255 meg hard disk.

I have a 486 computer blazing at 33 MHz normal speed and in turbo mode at 66 MHz with 8 megs of ram and 540 meg hard disk.

I have a 386 computer speeding at 20 MHz normal speed and in turbo mode at 40 MHz with 8 megs of ram and 255 meg hard disk.

I own a 286 computer running at 8 MHz with had 640k of ram and was upgraded to 1 meg with a hard disk with an eye popping 80 megs.

If you don't know the two products, go to your local computer museum and look at them.

I own an Atari game console and commodore 64 computer.

* Note: the 286 computer is in the garage the the floppy drive, but the 80 meg hard disk is now in the 486.

* The 386 computer is also in the garage. The case, with floppy drive and 255 meg hard disk now holds the 166 MMX.

** I know my stuff are antiques, but i wrote this web page on the 166MMX don't do any photo or video editing. Example: Just look at this web site.

*** For now, my dream computer has at least 1ghz processor, 60 gig hd, 256 ram, video card with 64 meg of ram, the dvd/cdr burner, 100 base ethernet or 10/100 ethernet if i decide to put the 486 as web/print server, and flat panel display.

**** What does all the above junk lead to you ask...my age of course.

I have no life. And i have no money. Is that good or bad, i don't know. But i am happy, i think?

° †° Boy does that titanium Mac notebook look cool with that wide screen and dvd.
