Winzip For windows.
Pkware Support most major OS now. Just need to download the one you need.
Winace For windows.
Winrar For windows.
There are others like arj, zoo, lha, arc and sqz floating out there.

• If in Dos use the "extract". type extract /? for how to use it. Can't find it use pkware products.
  
• If in Windows, winzip, pkware, winace, winwar,winarj support it (at least can uncompress those things.)
